Creating Export to file task#
The creation of the "Export to File" task is available in the "Events" and "Incidents" sections after applying filters. The result of the task is a report in XLSX format containing information about events or incidents that meet the applied filters and in accordance with the specified settings.
Clicking on the icon opens the export settings window (Figure 92).
The main settings include changing the columns – their presence and order, and a similar change in the grouping.
After selecting the necessary columns and groupings, click the "Apply" button. With the correct settings, the window will be closed and a background task will be created.
If the settings are incorrect, a warning window will be displayed (Figure 93).
When you click "OK", the system will automatically adjust the settings and create a background task for generating a report. When you click Cancel, the warning will close and you will need to make changes in the export settings window.
Columns#
This setting determines which columns will be added to the file and in what order.
Presence#
In this tab, select the columns to be added to the file.
The columns are divided into two sections:
- Event Information – event or incident data;
- Transport – data about the vehicle registered in a certain event or incident.
All sections and subsections can be expanded using the icon , and collapsed using the icon . You can expand or collapse one of the sections or subsections using the arrow icon next to the section name.
There is a selection checkbox next to the name of each section (subsection) and the value. When no value is selected in the section (subsection), the checkbox remains empty (Figure 94).
If you select at least one of the values of the section (subsection), the checkbox will change to , and the checkbox next to the value will change to . The same checkbox becomes when selecting all the values of the section (subsection) (Figure 95).
To select or exclude all the values of a section (subsection) at the same time, you can click on the checkbox next to the name of the section (subsection).
The available columns for selection are shown in Table 41.

Order#
The order of the columns is configured in the corresponding tab (Figure 96).
The list of columns in this tab is determined based on the selected columns in the "Presence" tab.
The position of the column is adjusted by the arrows next to the column name. The description of the arrows is presented in Table 42.

Grouping#
This setting determines by which attributes and in which order to group the entries in the file.
Presence#
In this tab, you need to select by which attributes to group the file entries.
The mechanics and principle of working with the selection of the necessary groupings are similar to the selection of columns (see section 9.1.1.1).
If there is no selection of any attribute for grouping, the file entries will not be grouped by any attribute, the events will be listed in the order of appearance in the system.
The available groupings for selection are shown in Table 43.

Special transport | - |
For the correct formation of the file, the choice of groupings must correspond to the selected columns. For example, if the grouping is selected by an attribute for which the corresponding column is not included in the file, when you click Ok in the warning about incorrect settings see Figure 92, the system will automatically add the column to the file.
Order#
The order of groupings is regulated similarly to the order of columns (section 9.1.1.2) using arrows (Table 42).
The order of groupings must also correspond to the order of columns. For example, in the order of columns Type of vehicle, Brand, Model, by selecting the grouping by attributes Type of Vehicle and Brand, you need to keep the same order of groupings to avoid errors.
The order of groupings has a higher priority, i.e. the order of columns should be formed based on it.
In case of conflicting settings, after clicking the "Ok" button in the warning window see Figure 92 , the system will automatically change the order of the columns so that it corresponds to the order of the groupings.
View task results#
To view the results of a task, click on the line of the completed task.
- Export to file task – XLSX file will be downloaded;
- Image search task – search results will be displayed.
The result of the task "Get camera preview" is the appearance of the preview image in the corresponding camera.
Result of the Export to File task#
The result of the task is an XLSX file containing a table (Figure 97). The table includes columns added by the user when creating the task (section 9.1), taking into account the specified groupings and applied filters.
A description of all available columns of the table is given in Table 44.
