«Lists» Section#

The «Lists» section displays the lists added by the administrator, which will generate events or incidents when added to a Scenario.

Each created list acts as a "filter" for generating events and incidents. The Administrator can create a list and add entries to it. In each list entry, the Administrator specifies vehicle and/or VRP attributes. A list can be linked to a scenario (for more information, see section Scenarios), in which case all recognized objects within this scenario will be compared to the records in the linked list. When the vehicle and VRP attributes match those in the list entry, an event or incident will be created.

Lists can also be used as filters on the «Events» and «Incidents» pages. When filtering by list, only events or incidents with vehicles whose attributes match those in the list will be displayed in the table.

To create a standard list entry:

You must specify at least one attribute (excluding the «Schedule» field) or upload a photo (Figure 38).

Note: If, when creating a standard list entry, you start filling in fields related to the schedule, the system will interpret this as creating a pass. In this case, the entry's status will turn red, and it will be considered a pass rather than a standard entry.

Example of filling out a standard list entry
Figure 38. Example of filling out a standard list entry

To create a «Pass» list entry:

1․ The process of filling out a list entry for a pass is the same as for a standard entry, with the difference that for a pass, the required attributes must be specified (Figure 39). If any of these attributes are not filled in or filled out incorrectly, the entry's status will be shown in red.

2․ Filling in the «License Plate Number field is mandatory for the pass functionality if the fields «Period», «Time», or «Permitted weekdays» are specified. If all the required data for the pass entry is not provided, the entry's status will turn red.

Attention:

  • The criterion for creating an event or incident when linking a record to a scenario is the matching of all the record's attributes with the attributes of the vehicle and its LP in the frame received from the camera or video file.
  • If the status for the list in the scenario is set to "except", this entry will not be created, regardless of the data provided.

After filling in the attributes and creating the entry, to save the changes, click the «Save» button. If you wish to cancel the changes, press the [Esc] key on your keyboard or click the left mouse button in the area around the window.
