New Features:

• New tracking strategy: coroutineReID — improved tracking algorithm;
• Added STREAM_INTERSECTION_CALC_POLICY setting with default calculation based on vehicle area.

Changes:

• Removed CPU plans, now only GPU and AVX2 plans are supported for all models;
• Added support for infinite bestshot delivery with periodicity for parking without quantity limits, as well as a flag for infinite bestshot sending in the stream when periodicity is set.
