"Working with Domains" section#
The section is available only to a user with the administrator role.
By default, the existing domain for all users is local. The user, whose personal data is contained in the domain, controls the domain. An administrator creates global domains and give multiple users access to a domain containing public data. Global domains give the administrator the ability to:
- division Service data by domains;
- control of user actions in global domains by creating a rule's set for each of the domains (see Section "Rule's set").
The
icon with a "Working with Domains" tooltip to go to the section is located in the page header.
There is a drop-down list of existing global domains next to the section icon, which allows users to switch between domains. To return to the local domain, click on
next to the name of the selected global domain.
The "Working with Domains" section allows administrator to display the created global domains, as well as add, edit and delete the new one.
The general view of the section "Working with Domains" is shown in the figure (Figure 6).

The page of the Working with Data domains section contains the following elements:
- List of global domains:
Edit
—button for editing the name of the domain;

—button for deleting domain; - Search by name of domains; - The "Add" button—a button for adding new domains; - The number of domains displayed on the page is set by the switch in the lower right corner of the page, in total there can be 10, 25, 50 or 100 domains on one page.
Creating and editing a domain#
When you click on the “Add” button and the edit icon
in the line with the domain to be edited, a window opens on the page of the "Working with Domains" section. Here you can set/change the name of the domain (Figure 7).

After making changes, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Deleting a domain#
To delete a domain, press the
button in the line with the domain to be deleted. Confirm the action in the pop-up window—click the "Delete" button or cancel the action through the "Cancel" button (Figure 8).
All domains are permanently deleted from the Service.
