Fixes

[Face card] Changed the logic of filling the table of faces with the same external IDs. Previously, only two faces with the same external ID were displayed, even if there were three or more faces. Added "View all faces with the same external ID" button.
[“Handling policies” section] Fixed translation in step-by-step policy creation.
[“Handling policies” section] Fixed a bug that occurred when changing the label name and saving the policy. Now after changing the name, it is changed in the rest of the policy parameters.
[“Handling policies” section] Fixed a bug that occurred when attaching a deleted list in the policy settings. The user is now notified that the list has been deleted.
[“Handling policies” section] Fixed a bug where the values of disabled blocks in the policy settings were not reset.
[“Handling policies” section] Added validation of the field for the list in the "Attach face in cases where it was found" block.
[“Tasks” section] Fixed the format for sending identifiers in the batch identification task.
