Server software requirements#

To get started with LUNA PASS, make sure you can meet the following software requirements:

— Linux:

  • CentOS 8.2 x64;

  • Ubuntu 18.04 LTS x64;

— Windows:

  • Windows Server 2008r2 x64 or newer;

  • Windows x64 7/8/8.1/10;

— macOS:

  • macOS Catalina x86-64;

  • macOS Big Sur x86-64;

  • macOS Big Sur AArch64;

Required software

— Visual Studio 2015 update 4 (for Windows ОС);

— supported compilers (for Linux OS):

  • GCC4.x (minimum version: 4.8.4, versions 4.9.x are also supported, versions 5 and later are not supported);

— Apple Clang 12.0.0 (for macOS ОС);

— Xcode 12.3 (for macOS ОС); macOS Deployment Target 11.0 (for macOS Big Sur x86-64 and macOS Big Sur AArch64),

— macOS Deployment Target 10.15 (for macOS Catalina x86-64);

— Jetpack 4.4.1 (L4T 32.4.4) for Jetson TX2, Jetpack 4.4 (L4T 32.4.3) for Jetson AGX Xavier, Jetpack 4.4 DP (L4T 32.4.2) for Jetson Xavier NX, Jetpack 4.5.1 (L4T 32.5.1) for Jetson Nano (for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS);

— pre-installed LUNA SDK (version from 5.0.0);

— Python 3.9.0.

— If you install LUNA PASS using Docker, you do not need to pre-install the LUNA SDK.

Server hardware requirements#

To get started with LUNA PASS API, make sure you can meet the following hardware resources requirements:

Processor (CPU)

Only 64-bit processors are supported. CPU with at least SSE4.2 instruction set. AVX2 instruction set support is recommended

Processor (GPU)

Acceleration requires an NVIDIA GPU. The following architectures are supported: Pascal and later

Random Access Memory (RAM)

System memory consumption varies by usage scenario and proportional to the number of worker threads. It is recommended to allocate at least 1 GB of free RAM per worker thread (for CPU and GPU). 6 GB minimum or dedicated video memory (for GPU)

Video memory (VRAM)

Recommended 8 GB or more (for GPU)

Free space on disk

1 GB and above
