Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7648] Face descriptor score statistics added to system info. See system info task

2. [LUNA-7050] Monitoring data aggregation is now optional and can be specified under MONITORING_AGGREGATION setting. See monitoring. Please note that disabling aggregation will also remove stats data from system info.
