Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7732] Image modification estimator added for resource /sdk. Threshold is adjustable via service settings upon LUNA_REMOTE_SDK_IMAGE_MODIFICATION_ESTIMATOR_SETTINGS.estimator_settings.threshold The default value is set to 0.5, which means that any upper score will be considered as an unmodified image. Estimator is disabled by default.
