Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7712] New logging message will appear when the processed stream is updated with a new version.

2. [LUNA-7743] Added behavior_parameters for stream data, passed to decoder. Now support eofRetry(delay and attemptCount) for control reconnect to stream after END_OF_FILE

3. [LUNA-7769] A support negative orientation angles was added (-90, -180, -270). If orientation_strategy is set to video_info and the video contains an orientation label of -90, video processing previously failed with the error: error code 43010 and detail Unsupported image rotation from video info: -90.0.
