1. [LUNA-7626] Fixed the operation of the service in the case when license does not containing a feature PlatformExtensionTime. The service could

not check a licence without this feature before. If licence does not contain this feature request is fail with status code 403 and an error code 11055 and message : “License problem: ‘Cannot get license information’”.
