Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6450] Support of lambda user configuration was added. It is now possible to provide custom lambda unit configuration.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-7801] Users now only receive general events for their account, instead of events for all accounts, see ws subscription.

2. [LUNA-7801] All general events contain an account id of user which published its now.
