Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7852] Added a new resource for creating a restream directly on streams retranslator by link to video stream: /restream

2. [LUNA-7856] Sorting options added to GET:/faces route. You can now specify the sorting column and order by passing query parameters to the request. See /faces for more details.

3. [LUNA-7857] User-defined object metadata can now be specified for objects upon saving and retrieved through custom headers. See /objects, /objects/{object_id} for details.
