1. [LUNA-7850] Added possibility to set SDK log level by passing LUNA_SDK_RUNTIME_LOG_LEVEL and LUNA_SDK_LOG_LEVEL environment variables.

2. [LUNA-7855] For streams for which processing is done or stopped with error, feedback will now be sent immediately, see luna-video-manager development documentation for more info.
