Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7897] Agent registration request from now on accepts new agent_groups parameter. If any groups specified using this parameter, only streams linked to these groups will take into processing by such agent. See streams distribution for detailed description of streams to agents distribution.

2. [LUNA-7916] Stream timestamp_source was extended via dts, auto from now fallbacks from pts to dts (for videofile). See create stream request for details.
