1. [LUNA-7503] Support for older python versions was dropped. Python 3.13 is required now.

2. [LUNA-7538] Added support for version 67 descriptors.

3. [LUNA-7788] Retention policy support added for monitoring database. You can now configure base buckets and tables ttl using -x monitoring-ttl parameter. See Monitoring integration section in the integration manual.
