Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7887] Added eternal flag for lambda create lambda, put lambda, lambda import. The last_usage field can now be received via get lambda and get lambdas requests. See Luna-Lambda development documentation for more info

2. [LUNA-7943] Added support of a group_by aggregation option for event.* fields when building general events statistics. See general events stats for details.

3. [LUNA-7970] The login regex for account creation request was updated. From now on, subdomain is allowed, in other words, it is allowed to add more that one dot after @, but it is not allowed to starts or ends with dot.
