Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7887] Added eternal flag for lambda create lambda, put lambda, lambda import. The last_usage field can now be received via get lambda and get lambdas requests. See last activity for more info

2. [LUNA-7888] The new setting LUNA_LAMBDA_INACTIVE_LAMBDA_CLEAR_INTERVAL was added. It is allows to clean up inactive lambdas. See inactive lambdas cleanup for details.

3. [LUNA-7976] The agent lambda example description was updated.
