Improvements:

1. Service dependencies were updated.

2. [LUNA-7985] From now on, if in user_config when lamba creating/ lamba recreation or lamba import or config updating contains max_stream_count setting (positive integer only, will not applied in the other cases), it will overwrite max_active_streams in lambda-agent received from configurator, config file or env.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8040] Fixed internal server error caused by using lambda import request with incorrect parts of type application/json.
