Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7980] Get analytics and get analytics list requests replies were extended via availability parameter that indicates whether the agent, which can process this analytics, currently registered in the system (regardless of the availability of free slots for such agent(s)).

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8026] The analytics parameters were fixed: replaced people_count_lte with people_count__lte and people_count_gte with people_count__gte, these parameters validation also was fixed. See Luna-Video-Agent/People-Count-Analytics documentation for details.
