Improvements:

    #) [LUNA-7897] Agent `registration request <../_static/api.html#operation/registerAgent>`_ from now on accepts new
       *agent_groups* parameter. If any groups specified using this parameter, only streams linked to these groups
       will take into processing by such agent. See `streams distribution <../streams_distribution.html>`_ for
       detailed description of streams to agents distribution.

    #) [LUNA-7916] Stream *timestamp_source* was extended via *dts*, *auto* from now fallbacks from *pts* to *dts* (for videofile).
