       required `refresh_period` in response as minimal from `LUNA_VIDEO_MANAGER_STREAM_STATUS_OBSOLETING_PERIOD`
       and `LUNA_VIDEO_MANAGER_AGENT_STATUS_OBSOLETING_PERIOD` what will prevent
       `agent downgrading <../downgrade.html#agents-downgrade>`_ or `streams downgrading <../downgrade.html>`_ in case
       when obsoleting periods are too much different.
