Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8220] A version section was added to the LUNA_VIDEO_AGENT_LIVENESS_ESTIMATOR_SETTINGS and LUNA_VIDEO_AGENT_DEEPFAKE_ESTIMATOR_SETTINGS. This parameter allows you to configure the estimation algorithms for the corresponding features. 0 means that will be used default algorithm.
