1. [LUNA-5523] A default connection pool size to the database was increased. It is equal to 5 now.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-5523] A database connection return to a pool was fixed. The service was returning a response with status code 500 and

   error 10017 Database connection timeout error in several cases while service will not be restarted.
