Improvements:

1. Luna-Request-Id generation improved, now it depends on LOG_TIME setting.

2. Added GC Descriptors task support to the Admin UI.

3. Service start from deploy/systemd-luna-admin@.service is changed. By default, settings are taken from the Configurator service now.

4. Added uuid generation for account creation to the Admin UI.

5. Added luna-sdk-version to reply for each core service for GET on /luna_sys_info

Bugs fixed:

1. Fix displaying “End time” of not ended tasks in UI. UI displayed 1970 year before.

How to update from previous version:

To update from previous version simply replace folders luna_admin, tests, docs and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
