Improvements:

1. Paging by event id is used for loading events in linker and reporter tasks. It is an load speed improve and a loading stability increase now (in case when events have been added while the loading process operation, the service correctly handles this).

Bugs fixed:

1. Used ‘luna-tasks-worker’ requests monitoring points (for requests). Was ‘luna-tasks’.

How to update from previous version:

To update from previous version, replace all folders with files and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
