Improvements:

1. [LUNA-5128] Added mask and emotion fields to the “aggregate_estimations” object for the following resources:

   • generate events resource

   • save raw event resource

2. [LUNA-5180] Notification sending policy was added. See create handler.

3. [LUNA-5183] Update SDK (5.3.0).

4. [LUNA-5191] Truncated jpeg image files was supported.

5. [LUNA-5217] redetect_score_threshold was updated. New value is equal to 0.3 (default fsdk 5.3.1 value).

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-5191] Internal server error was fixed for requests which contains a truncated jpeg image.

2. [LUNA-5206] Reloading configs for the service has been fixed. See configuration.
