1. An attempt to extract attributes when no samples were detected on POST “/handlers/{handlerId}/events” method was fixed.

2. The descriptor parameter of the folder_uploader.py script was fixed.

3. OpenAPI documentation was fixed, see get face attributes.

How to update from previous version:

To update from previous version simply replace all folders with files and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
