Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6047] Update Luna SDK to version 5.12.0.

2. [LUNA-6055] A enable-all-estimators-by-default command line arguments was added. This command allows to disable/enable all estimators and detectors initialization. Default is equal to`true`. See run for details.

3. [LUNA-6060] A default body descriptor version is equal to 107 for new installations now.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-6061] An initialization of face and body descriptor extractor was fixed. The service initialized a neural networks for a face descriptor of version 59 and a body descriptor of 104 always before. The service initializes a neural networks for a default face descriptor version and a default body descriptor version now.
