Improvements:

1. [LUNA-5940] Lower body attributes (lower_garment, shoes) supported for event creation.

   Additional target lower_body & body lower attribute filtering (lower_garment_types, lower_garment_colors, shoes_apparent_colors) supported for event receiving.

2. [LUNA-5940] Upper body attributes hearwear extended with apparent_color. Filtering (headwear_apparent_colors) is also supported.

3. [LUNA-5982] Support for new body attributes filters and targets for events stats was added (headwear_apparent_color,

   lower_garment_colors, lower_garment_type, shoes_apparent_color). See event stats.
