Improvements:

1. list_id query parameter was added for create list operation. See spec lists.

2. A resource “/lists/deletions” was added. This resource is intended for auditing and tracking deleted lists. For more information, see the following resources:

   • get list deletions log;

   • clear list deletions log;

3. Filters list_id__gte and list_id__lt for resources “/lists” and “/lists/count” using the “GET” method were added. Getting lists by range will be order by list_id.
