Improvements:

1. The configuration reload mechanics has changed. Now, its done mostly by restarting appropriate processes (see configuration).

Bugs fixed:

1. Fields user_data and external_id was added to the OpenAPI spec for events from a response on the resource /handlers/{handler_id}/events.

2. The “Check connection to Influxdb: connection refused” message is now returned when check connection to InfluxDB fails.

How to update from previous version:

To update from previous version, replace all folders with files and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
