Improvements:

1. ADDITIONAL_SERVICES_USAGE setting was updated. The MATCHER setting in ADDITIONAL_SERVICES_USAGE config section is now used to enable CORE Matcher service.

To update from previous version, replace all folders with files and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
