Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-6402] Fixed a problem for the connection check to the Redis Sentinel did not pass the first time.

2. [LUNA-6407] A reconnect to the redis was fixed. Previously, if a service disconnected from redis, no message by ws was sent after.
