Improvements:

1. [LUNA-5381] The external_id of top matching candidate added to the event top_similar_object

   It takes external_id from top candidate of incoming event matches field

   (see post events for incoming event description)

2. [LUNA-5381] The top_match field was updated for events (The external_id was added). Now it is possible to:

   • get events using the top_similar_external_ids filter (get events)

   • get statistics on events and specify the top_similar_external_id as a target/filter (events statistics)

3. [LUNA-5381] The top_match field was updated for events (The external_id was added). Now it is possible to

   use event candidates with top_similar_external_ids filter for next requests:

   • match faces

   • match bodies
