Improvements:

1. [LUNA-5135] Garbage collecting task was advanced.

   Now you can remove face or body descriptors from luna-events by specified descriptor_version and descriptor_type.

   Changed the target name of the garbage collection task creation for the face descriptors case: now accepts face_descriptors value (was descriptors).

2. [LUNA-5135] In the GUI, descriptors garbage collection is supported both for faces or events.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-5151] Fixed descriptor type selection for re-extract task in the GUI.

2. [LUNA-5143] A admin password changing was fixed. The request to the resource /login with the method “PATCH”

   returned the error before.
