Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6660] Added the ability to configure the indexing schedule in cron-like format through the PLANNING_SCHEDULE parameter. See planning for details.

2. [LUNA-6692] Several configuration enviroment variables was added:

   • LIM_MANAGER_MASTER_LOCK - index manager redis master lock name.

   • LIM_MATCHER_CONSUMER - redis consumer group for matching requests.

   • LIM_MATCHER_LOCK_PREFIX - matcher redis lock name prefix
