Improvements:

1. Service dependencies were updated.

2. [LUNA-6764] Add video rotation angle to videosdk. Rotation angle allows you to adjust the video angle before performing video analytics. See videosdk.

3. [LUNA-6771] Default thresholds for face quality estimations were added to service config.

4. [LUNA-6801] Support for older python versions was dropped. Python 3.12 is required now.
