Improvements:

1. [LUNA-5616] Added prefix, postfix and recursive parameters for the zip source type of the estimator task. See createEstimatorTask

2. [LUNA-6340] The ADDITIONAL_SERVICES_USAGE setting was extened by LUNA_HANDLERS. From now on it is possible to run Api without Luna Handlers.

   Resources detector, extractor, handlers, verifiers, verifier, tasks/estimator will be unavailable

3. [LUNA-6349] Support for older python versions was dropped. Python 3.11 is required now.

4. [LUNA-6362] Resources /liveness, /sdk, /iso now using Luna Remote SDK service.
