1. [LUNA-6658] Fixed settings downgrade migration with d718e5954caf revision . Any token specified in settings’ values will be dropped in case if value exceeds limit in 512 characters when downgrading.

2. [LUNA-6718] Fixed limitation downgrade migration with dd2641137b42 revision . All data from setting table will be dropped on limitation table deletion.
