Improvements:

1. Add possibility to create and use material views for requests to resource “/lists/linkkeys” on method POST. For information about creating and using materialized views, see materialized.

2. Remove python-side lists with their link-unlink keys cache for requests to resource “/lists/linkkeys” on method POST. Remove KEYS_CACHE_TIME from service config.

3. Add migration from v3 to v4, description present in migration section.

To update from previous version simply replace folders docs, luna_faces, tests and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
