Improvements:

1. Service dependencies were updated.

2. Storage policy was added. Store only needed objects - save your resources! See docs REST API.

3. From now on, if Events service is disabled, the event url will be set as Null in the event output.

4. Handlers for verification with preset detector and extractor settings to work with verifiers were added. See verifiers.

To update from previous version simply replace all folders with files and update dependencies from requirements.txt.
