Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6904] For luna-streams builtin plugin added possibility to make requests to v1 or v2 api version without configuration changes by using LUNA-STREAMS-API-VERSION header, see plugins for details.

2. [LUNA-6973] Add pts.start_time parameter to the field video of videosdk route. start_time parameter allows to specify offset for video PTS.

3. [LUNA-6975] Support for video decoder error handling:

   • error_handling section added into video settings in request

   • error_count, processed_parts sections added into video data info in response

4. [LUNA-6991] New resource implemented for general events subscription. See subscribe general events. Filtering of general events by type, account and user-defined filters is supported.
