Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6905] Setting INFLUX_MONITORING was renamed to LUNA_MONITORING. Field storage_type was added to monitoring setting. Only influx storage type is supported.

2. [LUNA-7007] Add data.pts.start_time parameter to stream. See create stream and get stream.

3. [LUNA-7008] The downloadable and timestamp_source parameters were added for stream, see create stream and get stream requests description.
