Improvements:

1. [LUNA-5916] A field meta was added to event structure. You can specify arbitrary JSON (size must be less than 2mb) in the request to generate or save event. This field may be used as a target for receiving events. User-defined event meta’s filters for receiving events are also supported. 2. [LUNA-6040] Liveness V1 service was removed from openapi specification and service configs, due to the end of support for the service.
