Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6849] Add trusted_detections field for /stream_events. Trusted detection field allows you to specify that provided detections were received with VL algorithms and don’t require re-detecting.

2. [LUNA-6878] Added trusted_detections field for /detector, /handlers/<handlerId>/events and /verifiers/<verifierId>/verifications. Trusted detection field allows you to specify that provided detections were received with VL algorithms and don’t require re-detecting.
