1. [LUNA-6607] Event candidate filters by null location were fixed for events saved without any location information. Previously, if an event was created via events` create event resource without any location fields, null filters wouldn’t filter this event properly.

2. [LUNA-6633] Fixed 100% cpu load bug on “Indexed matcher” plugin enabled.
