Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6877] Add trusted_detections field for /handlers/<handler_id>/stream_events. Trusted detection field allows you to specify that provided detections were received with VL algorithms and don’t require re-detecting.

2. [LUNA-6878] Add trusted_detections field for /detector, /handlers/<handlerId>/events and /verifiers/<verifierId>/verifications.

1. [LUNA-6826] Cookie expired header ‘Set-Cookie: LUNA_AUTH_TOKEN=””; Path=/; Max-Age=0’ was added.

2. [LUNA-6826] Remove unnecessary authorisation from get version, get health, set login cookie, clear login cookie. If authorization credentials are incorrect when requesting the above endpoints, the message about who made the request using the accountId will not be logged
