Improvements:

1. [LUNA-6652] The notification_policy field was added to tasks. The notification_policy allows to send notification on tasks status changes using callbacks, which allows to send data to the third party system by specified url.

   All tasks support notification_policy:

   • clustering task

   • exporter task

   • linker task

   • gc task

   • reporter task

   • additional extract task

   • cross match task

   • roc task

   • estimator task

   • lambda task

   Tasks scheduling also support notifications for tasks (not for schedules):

   • create tasks schedule

   • get tasks schedule

   New resources were added:

   • get task notification policy

   • replace task notification policy
