Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7261] Create stream request now returns an error, if there is no single agent associated with all analytics` sent with stream. See create stream.

2. [LUNA-7304] Added saving of deleted events to the database. To enable this functionality, you must set the environment variable EVENT_DELETION_LOG=1 before starting the luna-events service. You can read about working with deleted events here: events, general events.
