Improvements:

1. Service dependencies were updated.

2. [LUNA-7290] The timeout parameter was added to stream, stream creation request or get streams request for details.

3. [LUNA-7345] Luna Faces service became optional, and its usage can be configured by luna_faces parameter of ADDITIONAL_SERVICES_USAGE setting.

4. [LUNA-7359] The droi parameter from now on supports the WKT form, see WKT description for more information.

   This change affects videosdk resource and human_tracking/people_count analytics for video streams.

5. [LUNA-7367] Support for general events creation was added. See general events for details.

6. [LUNA-7388] The analytics image_retain_policy parameter has been extended by ttl, which regulates lifetime of saved images, see videosdk resource for example.
